I am going to leave you with a little story to illustrate the negotiation tactics that Jim “the lighthouse” Grimaldi uses when striking a deal with the DA, he basically stops them in their tracks, and they divert their course:

I DEMAND THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR COURSE 15 DEGREES NORTH, THAT'S ONE FIVE DEGREES NORTH, OR COUNTER-MEASURES WILL BE UNDERTAKEN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THIS SHIP.
