This place is worthless....there is always a good chance that they are out of whatever you need or they don't even carry it at all. Their hours are also high Inconvenient. Why would a farm and home store close at 5:30 on a Saturday during the spring/summer when it's the nicest time of year and people are likely in need of items to complete tasks around their house/yard. It's also highly annoying that their online hours are never their actual hours
Unless you're wanting to purchase an overpriced light bulb, I wouldn't recommend at all. They just don't have what you need. And when you call to enquire about an item, the staff doesn't have a computer system to look it up. And when you go there, they don't have what you need. Save yourself the hassle and call or go to Springfield.
Lincoln is lucky we have Big R. Yes they do run out of items from time to time but I think we would be lost without them. The staff and the check out people are very friendly. Thanks for being in Lincoln!
Lincoln is lucky to have Big R. Certainly, sometimes the inventory seems to be lacking a bit, but the sales staff and check-out ladies are always bending over backwards to help with smiles on their faces. Prices for plumbing and electrical items are much lower than the competition in town. Piss poor service. Dropped off a 10 inch tire to get a replaced inner tube and after a week it still wasn't complete. Come to find out the tire guy is on light duty and no one contacted me about the tire. They won't work on my equipment again.
