Me and wife was referred there other highly respect business owner I'm lincoln. Bought a car on whole sale there was told we had 14 days if didn't like vehicle we can return it. So paid 4000 for 2007 dodge caliber. Had couple days gas gauge wuit working told them about it said can fix for 500 dollars. Not even had vehicle 11 days so I would never send my worst enemy out there was called a Moron by Scott the sale manager out there. Already had replace alternator too. Oh yeah horn not working either. So now have fix them problems too. D
So I highly recommend test driving getting someone inspect anything come from there
Total cons! Sales personnel enjoy taking advantage of inexperienced car buyers by luring them into there store. Only go here if you plan to be abused by the sales team with shady business tactics and overall bad company moral. Go to a different Jeep/Dodge dealership as this one does not fit the values of Lincoln, IL that is for sure.
